About The Role
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings. Also, you will be working with different tools such as Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Social Media, and others. We need a tech-savvy person who is capable to research and overcome obstacles when necessary. You don't need to be a developer or a programmer, but you need to be able to learn how to use different tools in a quick manner. You need to work with a result-oriented, proactive, and no excuses philosophy. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle small projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Perform market research
- Address employees administrative queries
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Help with various tech-related support tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and others
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
Qualifications

The Pay
You will be paid 350 USD on a monthly basis
