As an appointment setter, your primary objective is to identify and seek out those individuals and companies who would be a perfect fit for our products and services.
The purpose of the appointment setting role is to engage, qualify and schedule appointments with prospects who would be a great fit for a solution within our portfolio of in-house and partner brands.
Appointment setting will be be done through 2 primary channels: outbound and inbound.
NOTE: This position is full-time and remote, meaning you can work from anywhere. You must be open to traveling at least 2-4x per year to one our company meetups, events or off-sites in NYC, Miami or Medellin, Colombia.
You will be responsible for having engaging, empathetic and effective conversations with prospects, qualifying prospects to make sure they’re a great fit for our solutions, scheduling appointments with prospects and providing strategic value to prospects through content and follow up on an ongoing basis.

👀 Earn $3,000 to $30,000 Per Month with 1-5 % Commission: Earn commission every time an appointment that you set with a prospect converts to a paying client.
You will be placed on a proven DFY, consulting and/or software offer worth a minimum of $10,000 in client lifetime value over 90 days. You will earn between 1 - 5% commission ($250 up to $1,250 every time an appointment with a prospect that you set converts to a client.
After you are hired, we will pay you an advance of your first commission to cover costs during your onboarding and ramp up period!
Once appointment setters are in KPI they will make between $3K/mo to $30K/mo depending on the exact products they’re placed on.
After exceptional performance in this role, you will be considered for a promotion to our sales executive or client success path where you can quickly double your earnings by earning commissions as high as 20% per deal.
